We are currently working on a project about rural land management for the estate agent Savills, which will be appearing in Country Life magazine The work is predominantly portraiture although as usual we have managed to include sheep, cows, pigs and chickens!

I have become very interested in this kind of portraiture, looking at the work of Gainsborough and I can see there is a possible artistic direction with this kind of work.

Ahoy there!

Recently we went to Hamburg to shoot for BP on the Hapag-Lloyd Bremen Express container ship.

The Bremen Express is one of the largest container ships with one of the largest engines in the world! She was on her maiden voyage, so was nice and clean! Indeed she was so huge that we did manage to get to the bows but never to the stern!

The 10 Million Tonne Celebration!

My client came up with this idea of 21 hairy Scottish coalminers and 21 children lying in coal at the top of a Scottish mountain. They were to spell ‘ ATH Resources 10 000 000 t !’.

Well, at first I admit to trying to put them off the madcap scheme but no, that’s what they wanted and I was the man to do it!
